Choice of the best baling press
The choice of the most suitable baling press depends on the materials to bale and your operating process. Do you need a waste baler, paper baler, plastics or cardboard baler? Each market needs a baling press with a typical press method. Sometimes a cutting press is the better solution, sometimes a baler with a single prepress flap is better when baling difficult materials such as PET and plastics. Impress® balers
The BOA baling presses of the Impress® series fill the different needs of different markets. The Impress® series offer three different press methods:
- cutting
- single flap
- double flap
Different press forces, drives and bale sizes
Each baler line – single flap, double flap or cutting – consists of balers with several pressing forces and drives. The Impress® balers have a press force of 60 up to 225 tons. The double flap baler is available in three types of channel (bale) sizes. BOA is the only bale manufacturer that produces compactors with double flaps, therefore combining high-pressure baling with a large filling opening.

The cutting press Continette II
The cutting press Continette II with 40 tons press force builds on the strengths of the original Continette: reliability, durability, compactness, strength and low costs. However, we further improved the technique of the product if needed.
Basically, the BOA engineers turned the Continette II into the compact version of its revolutionary high-end baling press, the Impress. The result is a low-maintenance, low-cost baling press offering long-term operational reliability for our customers. For decades.
