Bottle perforator

The BOA bottle perforator, called the Perfomat, has been developed to perforate and flatten plastic bottles, enabling them to be easily compressed into heavy bales.
The perforation of bottles makes them easier to press as air can flow out of the bottle. The flattening of the bottles has the advantage that the bottles won't roll off the conveyor belt during further processing.
The perforator can be supplied as a stand-alone unit, placed over a conveyor or inside the filling hopper of a baler. When installed in a filling hopper the Perfomat has an automatic positioning drive. Combined with the baler control system, the Perfomat will automatically slide into the filling hopper while pressing PET and out with other materials.
