BOA and industrial waste

Industrial waste is characterised by a large diversity of materials. Great differences are found in type of material, size, atmospheric humidity etc., but materials may also vary per supplier, per season etc.

To secure a good working solution, a sorting line for industrial waste must be able to deal with all these different types of material. Installation dimensions must leave enough space at all components so that input varieties will not cause bottlenecks instantly. And last but not least: the components need to be very solid as it is hard to tell what materials will be processed.

BOA’s solutions vary from simple lines of just one or two-step segregation to fully automated lines. With fully automated lines, shreddering is avoided as much as possible, because it is relatively expensive and the segregation is made more difficult, which may cause the material to loose its value.
