Second baler Daly

Second new BOA Impress® baler for Daly Plastics (Netherlands)

April 24th 2009

BOA Recycling Equipment has delivered a second Impress® baling press to Daly Plastics BV In the Netherlands in the beginning of 2009. BOA delivered the first baler to Daly in 2007.

Daly Plastics has recently moved from Lelystad to Zutphen and is one of the pioneers in the Netherlands in the field of plastic recycling. The company has several machines for handling, sorting, collecting, transshipment of plastics and more. Daly Plastics now owns two balers in total. Both balers are intensively used to compact all types of plastics in order to save considerably on transport and or storage cost..

No limitations with the BOA Impress® baling presses

The machine delivered in 2007 is a 225 tons baling press and the recently delivered machine is a 130 tons baler. The Impress® baling presses – both with double flaps – are very well capable to compact difficult to treat plastics. “With the BOA Impress® we do not encounter the limitations we did with our previous baling press in Lelystad. We easily press all plastics into heavy bales, such as stretch foil, plastic bubble foil and agricultural plastic foil. We are impressed by these machines and it has been a logical result to choose BOA again when buying a second baling press.” According to Peter Daalder of Daly Plastics.
